House Rules

1. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Please refrain from using the backyard in the evening during quiet hours (10pm-7am). 2. No parties or events allowed. 3. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking", includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 4. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at anyone time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 5. Late check-out fee of $100 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We’re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them. 6. Dogs are only accepted (Max 2 per stay). 7. An excessively dirty property will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 8. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs. Pool/Hot Tub Rules 1. Use at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty. 2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 3. No glass in or around the pool/hot tub – use plastic cups only. 4. Shower before entering to keep the water clean. 5. No diving, running, or rough play in the pool area. 6. Do not use while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol. 7. Hot tub time limit: max 20 minutes at a time. 8. Pregnant women and guests with health concerns should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. 9. Replace covers after each use to keep the hot tub clean, safe and functional. Failing to close the hot tub cover after each use may result in an additional cleaning fee upon check out. 10. Quiet hours apply – please refrain from using the pool or hot tub after quiet hours in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay. Kyle and Carolina were extremely attentive and always provided quick support whenever we had a question. The house was in excellent condition—very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy all the amenities. Both adults and children made the most of the different activities available in the home. The location was also perfect for our plans, with easy access to San Antonio and the surrounding towns. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.

The home was amazing and the perfect place for our group that came into town to work an event. The only bad thing is we couldn’t stay there longer and enjoy the home! We loved the first floor dining table where we gathered to eat and the game/media room was amazing! The bathrooms were updated and clean and the backyard was so much fun! Communication was wonderful and easy to know exactly how to get in the home, the rules, etc! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful home, host responds quickly, HEB grocery store was about 5min away. We would love to stay again. The house was clean and very spacious, kitchen was equipped to cook just bring your own spices.

I was in town visiting my daughters and family, and this home was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed everything about it, from the theater room to the pool, hot tub, outdoor theater, and fire pit. The space was ideal for spending quality time together. We had family over for dinner every night, and everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the home and all its amenities. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable visit. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay at Kyle and Carolina’s home. They were fantastic hosts, accommodated my requests, great communication and friendly. The home is absolutely gorgeous and had various amenities (inside/out) that created the perfect atmosphere to host my close friends and family. Plenty of bedroom space in the house as well. This place can easily accommodate and entertain big groups. Definitely recommend the stay if you have the opportunity to book. ✨
