House Rules
1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking.
2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking"
includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles,incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any
one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
7. Late check-out fee of $100 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We’re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.
8. No pets allowed.
9. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
10. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
Pool/Hot Tub Rules
1. Use at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
3. No glass in or around the pool/hot tub – use plastic cups only.
4. Shower before entering to keep the water clean.
5. No diving, running, or rough play in the pool area.
6. Do not use while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
7. Hot tub time limit: max 20 minutes at a time.
8. Pregnant women and guests with health concerns should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
9. Replace covers after use to keep the hot tub clean and safe.
10. Quiet hours apply – please respect neighbors when using the pool or hot tub in the evening.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It is so welcoming and cozy. The area around us felt safe and secure. It was very peaceful and private. Nice layout for groups or families. The host was great and always made sure to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable with our stay. You could never leave the home and be completely fine with that because of the countless amenities it offers. Views are amazing and this home checked every box for our family. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a Gatlinburg vacation. 5 star home and hospitality!

We had a great stay at this home in Gatlinburg. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything worked exactly as it should, including the arcade games, which were a big hit. The property was well maintained and made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We loved our stay! It was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. The kids had more than plenty to keep them occupied and happy. They didn’t want to leave and do anything else! The decor is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had more than everything we needed. 5 star cabin all the way!!

The most well stocked Airbnb I’ve been to!
Super clean, very nice style, smells good and new! The view from the deck was amazing! Sauna, hot tub worked and the hosts were very responsive and easy going!

The house was beautiful, exactly like the photos with breathtaking views. Kyle and Carolina were super responsive and accommodating. We had 8 guests and we all had enough space. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay for a girls trip to Dollywood! We identified an issue on our arrival (fewer dishes/glasses/utensils than there were people) and the hosts were on it! Within hours had what we needed delivered- it was so appreciated. The views are gorgeous and the heated pool, hot tub and sauna were a dream. Would absolutely stay again!
